This is the best mat I have ever purchased! I look forward to using my Tatami Zen Mat Herringbone every single day. It has a wonderful natural aroma that enhances my yoga sessions and I can not imagine how I lived without it in the past!

I usually have a lot of stress and struggle to sleep well, but after doing some light stretching before bed and lying down on the Zen mat while listening to the sound of flowing water, I start to feel sleepy.
