I used to struggle with thick mats that made balancing in Tree Pose difficult. The Kohaku Yoga Mat has just the right thickness—supportive yet firm—and the grip is excellent, so I feel stable and confident during every pose.
The natural scent is an unexpected bonus. In poses like Child’s Pose, the calming, earthy aroma brings a sense of peace to my practice.

I used this tatami nyoga mat for stretching and meditation at home. First time when I opened the box of package for tatami yoga mat very nice Igusa scents came out from the box and made me fell so good ! And still there is slight scents every time when I use this tatami mat.
Besides scents, I like the texture of Tatamii Yoga mat, they use real Igusa grass, on the surface, so I feel like I am doing yoga inside the nature. Very good grip and no slipping with normal Yoga activities. I highly recommend for the people who are looking for the mat for high quality, sustainable and stylish yoga mat.
